To assess individual tolerance, for the first three days, start with mixing one serving in a standard 16.9oz bottle of water two (2) times daily, between meals. For days four and beyond, take 1 stick 3x daily. follow the chart below. Do not exceed three (3) total servings in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
For best results use Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
